Terms and Conditions

By ordering from Custom Cravings you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change.

Custom Cakes and Event Ordering, Procedure, and Guidelines:

  • Custom cakes, dessert table treats, or event treats will need to be placed at least 2 weeks/14 days before the event date to ensure availability. A 50% down payment is required to secure your order at least 2 weeks before the event. The remaining funds are due 1 week/7 days before your event date.

  • If you cancel before 14 days of the event date, funds will be refunded to you. However, if you decide to cancel on or within 14 days of the event date, there will be absolutely No Refund! We have already purchased items for your order that can not be returned. 

  • When details are complete, you will be provided an invoice/contract to sign. This invoice/contract will include all details that we discussed, payment, and event details. Changes can be made up to 14 days before your event. It is imperative to sign and return the invoice/contract by the due date.

  • If you need to place an order sooner than 14 days before the event, there will be a Rush Fee applied if the order is accepted. 

  •     If Custom Cravings is not able to provide product or services that was agreed upon (due to reasons on our end), we will provide a full refund.

Treats and Sweets Ordering, Procedure, and Guidelines:

  • For small sweets and treats please place your order at least 7 days before the event date. Full payments must be made at the same time to secure it. All orders placed after this time frame will be charged a Rush Fee if the order is accepted.

  • If you wish to cancel, please do so 4 days before the event by 12 pm. No refunds will be granted afterward.

  • If Custom Cravings is not able to provide product or services that was agreed upon (due to reasons on our end), we will provide a full refund.

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery fees are determined by distance. If no one will be available to receive your order please let us know in advance to reschedule.

  • Upon arrival, we will wait 15 minutes for someone to receive your order. After 15 minutes and multiple attempts to get a response, we will depart with your order.

  • You will then be responsible for picking up the items by the date/time scheduled and determined by availability. We will not refund the delivery fee.

  • If your order is not picked up by the rescheduled date/time, we will assume that you are abandoning the order. We will dispose of the items and you will not receive a refund. 

Pickup Conditions

  • Please pick up your order as scheduled. We understand that life happens. If you're running behind, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If we do not hear from you, we will assume that your order has been abandoned. If availability permits we can reschedule another pickup date/time.

  • If your order is not picked up we will dispose of the items and we will not provide a refund. 

Rental Equipment

  • Rental equipment will be charged at full price. When items are returned in the same condition that it was leased, we will return the holding fee.

  • If there are damages to the equipment that did not preexist when leased, we have the right to withhold a portion or all of the holding fee depending on the severity of damages.

  • If rental equipment is returned late we will charge $15 per day for up to three days. After three days we will assume that the equipment will not be returned, and we will keep the full amount paid for the equipment.     

Cake Cutting Services

  • Custom Cravings is happy to be a part of your event. For cake cutting services we will come to an agreement about a timeline for your event. We will set up, and stay until it's time to cut the cake.

  • If the event is running behind other arrangements will have to be made. We recommend factoring this in prior to booking this service. 



Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. A full refund will be granted if Custom Cravings is not able to provide product or services that was agreed upon (due to reasons on our end).

  • We will also refund funds if an order is cancelled by the customer within the proper time frame that's listed in the terms and conditions. We will not provide a refund for any other reason. 

  • We are not responsible for acts of God, weather, mishandling of items from outside of our staff. 


  • By purchasing our product, you agree to notify us of any known food allergies that you or anyone attending your event may have.

  • You agree that if anyone (you, guests, staff, anyone, or anything they share food with outside of the event) consumes our product, we are not held responsible for their/its allergic reaction.  

  • You agree that you will be held responsible for any and all food allergies, and you cannot take any legal or physical actions against/to/towards Custom Cravings. 

  • If you have any dietary needs or allergies please let us know. We take this very seriously and like to provide accommodations when possible. 

  • Due to the nature of our production, there is always a chance for cross-contamination as we are not a completely allergen free bakery.

  • ​We have to right to refuse service for any reason.
